Abstract/Citation
Amends Canada Pension Plan and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Act. Permits all amounts held to credit of Canada Pension Plan Account to be transferred to Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, by repealing requirement to maintain in account three-month operating balance. Establishes means by which Investment Board may be required to transfer funds to government, to the credit of Canada Pension Plan Account, so that immediate obligations of account can be met. Also deals with some related matters.
