Abstract/Citation: Establishes a Commission that shall implement the program for 2001-2003 (included in the decree) and submit its annual reports to the government. The Commission shall work in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance in efforts to eradicate the causes of corruption, especially in the sector of labour, health and social protection.
