| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for rules on implementing Presidential Decree No. 44 of 10 February 2001 which addresses 45,000 needy families and foresees to allocate 13,3 million laris (ca. 6,5 million dollars) to them. The Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Protection shall implement and monitor the program, as set forth in the Decree, in collaboration with NGOs, and local and self-governance bodies. |
