| Abstract/Citation: | Constitution of the Republic of Serbia. Divided into 9 parts. Part 1 contains basic provisions. Establishes that Republic of Serbia includes autonomous province of Vojvodina and Kosovo, as forms of territorial autonomy. Part 2 provides for freedoms, rights and duties of citizens, Part 3 for economic and social order, and Part 4 for rights and duties of Republic of Serbia. Part 5 deals with republican organs, Part 6 with territorial organisation, Part 7 with guarantees and constitutionality, and Part 8 with relationship to Constitution of Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Part 9 contains concluding provisions. |
