Abstract/Citation
Made under Dangerous Goods Handling and Transportation Act, 1992. Amends Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations SOR/2001-286, and repeals Manitoba Regulation 172/85. Makes provision for definition of "import", "inspector", "offer for transport", "prescribed", "safety standards", "safety mark" and "offer for transfer". Also provides for application of regulations to provincially regulated railways as well as for some related matters.
