Contains six sections covering, inter alia, rights of workers not covered by collective agreement, relevant EC Directive and list of applicable laws, granting of authorisation to employers to conclude agreements with workers, right to conclude part-time employment without prejudice to existing collective agreement, custom or practice, and four annexes concerning, inter alia, agreements between trade unions and employers, and Council Directive (97/81/EC) respecting framework agreements.
