Amends Workers Compensation Act 1987 and Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensation Act 1998. Makes provision for common law damages, lump sum compensation, compensation for domestic assistance, jurisdiction of Commission, private insurance and arrangements, Industrial Magistrates, commutation, and uninsured liability and indemnity scheme.
