| Abstract/Citation: | Concerns the State language of Kyrghyzstan which is Kyrghyz. Also provides that Russian is used as official language. The Republic guarantees all nationalities the right to use their mother tongue, and conditions for its teaching and development. Any discrimination on the basis of language is forbidden. |
