Part 2 deals with administration. Part 3 provides for enforcing agencies. Part 4 regulates environment impact assessment. Part 5 makes provision for spill and environmental emergency. Part 6 sets forth national environmental standards. Part 7 provides for coastal and maritime zone management. Part 8 establishes environmental appeal tribunal. Part 9 makes provision for national environment fund. Part 10 deals with environment protection fee. Part 11 regulates enforcement. Parts 12 and 13 contain final provisions. Repeals Environment Protection Act 1991.
