Abstract/Citation
For purposes of the Labour Standards Act, sets forth holidays, standard working hours (in general, 44 hours a week), exceptions to the Act's provisions on weekly day of rest, rest periods and notice of termination. Fixes the minimum wage and minimum overtime wage. Revokes the Labour Standards Regulations 1985. Entry into force 1 Apr. 1988.
