Abstract/Citation: Regulates admissions of persons into Trinidad and Tobago. Part I contains provisions regarding entitlement to admission, persons who may be permitted to become residents, loss of resident status, prohibited classes of persons, permitted entrants, examination of persons seeking admission by immigration officer, and medical treatment. Part IV provides for offences and penalties.
