Provides for ratification of Agreement between Government of Sierra Leone and the United Nations on the establishment of Special Court for Sierra Leone. Divided into 9 parts. Part I contains preliminary provisions. Part II provides for administration of Special Court. Part III regulates jurisdiction of Special Court. Part IV makes provision for mutual assistance between Sierra Leone and Special Court, Part V for order of Special Court, Part VI for arrest and delivery of persons, Part VII for judgments and sentences, and Part VIII for offences against administration of justice and other offences.
