Abstract/Citation: Provides for establishment of the Political Parties Registration Commission for the registration and regulation of the conduct of political parties in accordance with Sections 34 and 35 of the Constitution. Section 11 sets forth obligation of political parties to register. Section 16 regulates powers of Commission to refuse registration. Part IV contains provisions regarding conduct of political parties. Deals with funding and, inter alia, declaration of assets and accounts.
