| Abstract/Citation: | Deals with various aspects of civil defence. Chapter 1 contains fundamental provisions. Chapter 2 regulates direction of civil defence; Chapter 3 structure of civil defence. Chapter 4 provides for obligation to perform civil defence service. Liability to civil defence service is incumbent upon male Hungarian nationals between the age of 16 and 60, and female Hungarian nationals between the age of 18 and 55, if they are permanently or temporarily domiciled in Hungary. Also sets forth list of exemptions. Chapter 5 deals with supplying and processing of information. Chapter 7 contains final provisions. |
