| Abstract/Citation: | Comprehensive legislation on civil defence. Chapter I contains basic provisions, and lists different civil defence assignments. Chapter II regulates duties and powers of different State institutions with regard to civil defence. Chapter III provides for organisational structure of civil defence. Chapter IV establishes duty to perform civil defense service. Chapter V deals with supplying and processing of information, and Chapter VI with cost distribution. |
