| Abstract/Citation: | Provides that minors cannot be employed for tasks considered by prescriptions on occupational safety as tasks with special working conditions, and for tasks considered by pension insurance as particularly difficult and dangerous for the health. Also provides that minors can be employed to other tasks after having previously established their health capacity, and presents the conditions of the medical examination. Available in French. |
