Abstract/Citation: Amends Article 147 of the original law (No. 16 of 1960) to provide for a definition of terrorism that encompasses all violent acts aimed at disturbing public order or exposing the safety and integrity of society to danger. The new law provides for penalties of imprisonment with hard labour for acts of terrorism and subversion.
