| Abstract/Citation: | Special Penal Code which is to be applied retro-actively and prospectively to all persons who may be tried by Special Courts-martial. Chapter I provides for offences against Ethiopian Government and Head of State, Chapter II for breach of trust and offences against interests of Government or the public, Chapter III for abuse of authority and offences against official duties, Chapter IV for offences against judicial proceedings, and Chapter V for offences against national progress and public safety and security. |
