Abstract/Citation: Comprehensive legislation on prevention of corruption. Divided into ten parts. Part I contains preliminary provisions. Part II provides for corruption offences. Parts III and IV establish independent commission against corruption, as well as advisory committees. Part V regulates proceedings of commission. Part VI deals with parliamentary committee. Part VII provides for restraint and forfeiture of proceeds of corruption and money laundering. Part VIII deals with mutual assistance in relation to corruption or money laundering offences. Part IX regulates extradition procedures. Finally, Part X contains miscellaneous provisions.
