Abstract/Citation: Promulgated by Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Amends construction industry standards to require that traffic control signs, signals, barricades or devices protecting construction workers conform to Part VI of either 1988 edition of Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), or Millenium edition of FHWA MUTCD, instead of the American National Standards Institute Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways.
