Abstract/Citation: Comprehensive legislation on anti-dumping measures. Dumping is defined as the entrance into the market of the People's Republic of China of an imported product at an export price lower than its normal value in the ordinary course of trade. Application for anti-dumping investigation may be lodged by any natural or legal person or relevant organisation representing the domestic industry. Part IV provides for anti-dumping measures.
