| Abstract/Citation: | Deals with various aspects of immigration. Chapter II regulates legal status of immigrants, grounds for denial of immigration into the Republic of Georgia, grounds for expulsion of an immigrant from the Republic of Georgia, compulsory expulsion, as well as rights, freedoms, duties of immigrant. Chapter III provides for establishment of yearly immigration quota, limitation of quota, and immigrant assistance. Finally, Chapter IV regulates procedures for determining application for immigration. |
