Provides for establishment of National Centre for Small and Micro Enterprises Development whose main task it is to develop, promote and support small and micro enterprises. Part II regulates functions and procedures of the Board; Part III deals with management and administration. Part IV contains financial provisions, and Part V deals with miscellaneous matters.

REPEALED BY THE Small and Micro Enterprises Development (Repeal) Act 2019
