Abstract/Citation: Made under the Correctional Centres Act 1952. Amends Prisons (General) Regulations 1995. Provides that the Commissioner of Corrective Services is to take into account (but need not follow) any recommendation of the Serious Offenders Review Council in determining the designation of a high security inmate, and the management of designated high security inmates.
