Abstract/Citation: Made under the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998. Enables Privacy Commissioner to exercise the function of the Privacy Committee under the Privacy Committee Act 1975 until such time as the Privacy Commissioner's function under the new Act are commenced.
