Second Region

Establishes that contributions must be paid according to the same Act for 2001. Authorizes the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation to use, in 2002, 20 percent of the contributions for preventive measures against occupational accidents and occupational diseases and for financing periodical medical examinations and treatments of persons employed in dangerous conditions.
