Abstract/Citation: Provides for formation and mobilisation of an armed police force. Chapter II deals with supervision, control, direction and administration of armed police force. Chapter III sets forth provisions concerning appointment, transfer, promotion, qualifications needed for candidacy, swearing-in, punishment and appeal, suspension, and immunity from arbitrary dismissal. Chapter 4 regulates duties and powers of armed police. Chapter 5 deals with different crimes and punishments. Finally, Chapter 6 provides for armed police special courts and appeals.
