| Abstract/Citation: | Regulates functions, tasks, composition and procedures of Tripartite Commission for Socio-Economic Issues. Tasks of the Commission include maintaining social dialogue in the field of remuneration and social benefits. Employees' party to the Commission shall be represented by representatives of trade union organisations. Determines representative trade union organisations. Also provides for establishment of voivodship social dialogue commissions. |
