Abstract/Citation: Amends Part V of Canada Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, which contains provisions governing design, construction, installation, testing and inspection of boilers and pressure vessels. Amendments include clarification of a number of definitions, clearer and more specific provisions addressing conditions for which an operator is required to be present when equipment is in operation, a new and expanded inspection schedule, and some related provisions.
