Abstract/Citation: Provides for safety and health protection of persons who are exposed to consumer chemical products. Replaces former Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations by a more flexible criteria-based system. Initial sections deal with hazard categories, child-resistant containers, required information, and data sources. Part I deals with toxic products, Part II with corrosive products, Part III with flammable products, Part IV with quick skin-bonding adhesives, and Part V with pressurized containers.
