| Abstract/Citation: | Establishes that inhabitants of a Voivodship shall form a regional self-governing community. Regulates scope of action of Voivodship, as well as composition, powers, and responsibilities of Voivodship self-government authorities. Also provides for Voivodship self-government property and finances, cross-border cooperation, supervision of Voivodship self-government activities, local legislation enacted by Voivodship self-government, as well as for some related matters. Contains amendments through 1 August 2000. |
