| Abstract/Citation: | Applies to Canada Old Age Security Act and Pension Plan, and Slovenia Pension and Disability Insurance Act. Part II contains rules regarding coverage, and definition of certain periods of residence with respect to legislation of Canada. Part III deals with calculation of periods for determining eligibility for and amount of benefits. Part IV provides for exchange of information and mutual assistance; exemption or reduction of taxes, dues, fees and charges; language of communication; submitting claims, notices and appeals; payment of benefits; and resolution of difficulties. |
