Abstract/Citation: Imposes requirements and prohibitions with respect to the safety and health of persons carrying out work in confined spaces. Applies to all work activities in confined spaces, with the exception of activities below ground at a mine and diving operations. Regulates entry into confined space for the purpose of carrying out work; risk identification and evaluation prior to entering; information, instruction and training; preparation for rescue, and emergency arrangements.
