Made under the International Insurance Act 1999 (No. 10). Makes provision for procedure on application for registration, valuation of an applicant's assets, form of certificate, duty to display certificate, prohibition of bearer shares, approval of issue or disposal of shares, prior approval of appointment of directors and senior officers, filing of annual accounts, books and records to be maintained at registered office, and improper records to be examined by an auditor.
