Comprehensive legislation on trade unions and employers' organisations. Part II provides for basic rights of employees and employers, protection of employees from discrimination by employer, protection of trade union from employer's interference, voluntary nature of membership of trade unions and employers organisations, and for federations. Part III deals with registration and constitution of trade unions and employers' organisations, annual returns, legal status of trade unions and employers' organisations, amalgamation of trade unions, and defunct trade unions and employers' organisations. Part IV sets forth provisions safeguarding the interests of members of trade unions and employers' organisations. Finally, Part V and VI make provision for recognition of collective bargaining rights as well as for collective bargaining agreements.
