| Abstract/Citation: | Amends and extends Industrial Relations Acts 1946 to 1990. Regulates investigation of trade dispute by the Labour Court upon request of a trade union. This Act and the Industrial Relations Acts, 1946 to 1990, may be cited together as the Industrial Relations Acts, 1946 to 2001, and shall be construed together as one. |
