Second Region

Provides for the formation of a single ministry in regrouping the formers Ministry of Labour and Ministry of Social Security. Also provides for the basic tasks of the new ministry: inter alia, elaboration and realization of a single social policy to improve the social protection of the population, active employment policy, elaboration of programmes for job creation and social protection of the disabled, and regulation of labour relations.
