| Abstract/Citation: | Regulates employment of children and young persons. Prohibits employment of children of less than 15 years of age, as well as employment of children in industrial enterprises. A child of at least 15 years of age may be employed as an apprentice so as to receive a professional education, provided he has authorisation by the minister. Also prohibits employment of children and young workers for underground work and work in mines. |
