| Abstract/Citation: | Amends Public Service (Pensions) Regulations 1992. Redefines several terms of the amended regulations, such as "approved service", "child", "contributor", "junior employee", "gratuity", "member", and "pensionable emoluments". Also determines which persons shall be required or permitted to contribute, and makes provision for benefits on abolition of office, benefits on resignation, and refund of contributions to member who is discharged during probationary period. |
