Abstract/Citation: Amends Prostitution Control Act 1994 in order to facilitate the prosecution of persons who operate a brothel or escort agency without holding a licence. Confers certain powers on inspectors appointed under the Fair Trading Act 1999, amends the definition of "sexual services", and generally strengthens the control of prostitution in Victoria.
