Abstract/Citation: Amends Executive Order 11246 with regard to the requirements for certain government contractors to take affirmative action to ensure that employees and applicants are treated without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, or national origin. Also introduces a new tool, the Equal Opportunity Survey.
