Abstract/Citation: Stipulates that all employers and merchant marine agents are obliged to pay a special tax of five per cent on the revenues of dockers and tally-men under their employ to enable the full repayment of a loan taken out to meet current needs for the compensation of retired dockers and tally-men. This tax is to be paid to a special fund created for this purpose, called "Special Fund for the settlement of the loan destined to compensate the retired dockers and tally-men". Provisions for the fund's organisation and management, along with the conditions for its repayment, and sanctions and penalties for non compliance are also set out.
