Abstract/Citation: Revises the Penal Code and other penal laws. Book 1 contain provisions on felonies and circumstances which affect criminal liability (Title 1), persons criminally liable for felonies (Title 2), penalties (Title 3), extinction of criminal liability (Title 4), and civil liability (Title 5). Book 2 makes provision for crimes against national security and the law of nations (Title 1), crimes against the fundamental laws of the state (Title 2), crimes against public order (Title 3), crimes against public interest (Title 4), crimes relative to opium and other prohibited drugs (Title 5), crimes against public morals (Title 6), crimes committed by public officers (Title 7), crimes against persons (Title 8), crimes against personal liberty and security (Title 9), crimes against property (Title 10), crimes against chastity (Title 11), crimes against the civil status of persons (Title 12), crimes against honor (Title 13), and quasi-offenses (Title 14).
