Abstract/Citation: Provides for the enforcement of Title 9 of the Education Amendments of 1972 (as amended) by several Federal agencies. Prohibits recipients of Federal financial assistance from discriminating on the basis of sex in education programs or activities. Provides guidance to recipients of federal financial assistance who administer education programmes or activities. Also makes provision for consistent and adequate enforcement by Federal agencies.
