Abstract/Citation: Provides that the Council shall analyse occupational safety policies and, inter alia, inform the government about its evaluations, study laws and other regulations on the security and health of persons at work, propose changes necessary to bring domestic practices into accordance with international rules, examine reports of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and of the State Inspection on the situation of occupational safety and make proposals to the government, and discuss the proposals of the Institute for Occupational Safety.
