Abstract/Citation: Amends the Trade Unions Act (Cap. 437), mostly with regard to amendments introduced by the Trade Unions (Amendment) Decrees (Nos. 1 and 2) of 1996. Refers questions regarding trade union registration to the "appropriate court", and adds a proviso to s. 50A stipulating that wage deductions for trade union membership dues be subject to the insertion of "no strike" and "no lock-out" clauses in collective bargaining agreements. Also amends the definition of "member of trade union".
