The revised edition provides a new Preamble. Chapter 2: the Economy. Amends arts. 21, 22, 23, 24, 33, 34, 36 and 37, providing for, inter alia, social cooperative organisations to conduct foreign trade (art. 36) and special economic zones (art. 37). Chapter 5: Fundamental Rights and Duties of Citizens. Amends arts. 62-86, enabling, inter alia, freedom of movement. Chapter 6: the Structure of the State. Repeals arts. 2,4 and 5, eliminating, inter alia, the presidential system and strengthening the Supreme People's Assembly.
