Abstract/Citation: Amends Employment Insurance Regulations by separating the functioning of Employment Insurance family supplement from the one of the Canada Child Tax Benefit. This separation will prevent an automatic doubling of payments or expanded application of the Employment Insurance family supplement every time the Child Tax Benefit is enhanced.
