Abstract/Citation
Amends the Commercial Free Zone Act (No. 27 of 1994). Provides for a social fee to be levied on the value of goods imported into a commercial free zone, specifies the uses of the social fee, rationalises the commercial free zone regulatory regime with regard to dealings with foreign currency sales and transfers, extends the income tax holiday period of commercial free zone businesses, and enlarges the Board of Directors of commercial free zones.
