Abstract/Citation: Prohibits Federal departments from dismissing, failing to hire, refusing to hire, or otherwise discriminating against any worker with respect to wage, conditions of employment, and benefits on the grounds of genetic information about the employee. Provides for certain exceptions, such as genetic testing with regard to exposure to toxic substances.
